About Tickets
Non-profit organizations, colleges, schools, and non-profit intermediaries who are actively engaged in meaningful and regular volunteer activities are eligible for NGO registration.
Corporates, Corporate foundations and for-profit intermediaries who engage employees actively in volunteer activities are eligible for Corporate registration.
The conference is suited for organizations engaging volunteers. Please check the specific agenda before deciding to join Volcon. Please watch this space for events like Volcon+ which are suitable for individual volunteering enthusiasts.

No, the ticket price does not include accommodation, travel, breakfast, or dinner expenses. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Yes, only two participants are allowed to register from any organization, regardless of whether it's an NGO, corporate, college, or foundation.
Yes, once your payment is completed you will get an email confirmation with details. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder and then please reach our team at our email id [email protected].
Yes, once you complete your payment, you will receive a GST invoice over email.
Transfers and Cancellation
The registration fee for VolCon 2025 is non-refundable. However, if an international participant's visa application is declined and they provide a formal letter of visa rejection, a refund for their conference registration fees will be initiated.
Yes, you can request to substitute another person from the same organization to attend the conference in your place. Requests for substitution must be made at least 7 days before the event start date. Transfer of tickets across organizations is not permitted.

NGO, Corporate, Program, Continuous learning, Finance and Marketing are 6 committees for VolCon 2025
These committees are involved in designing the agenda flow, planning the logistics, initiating sponsorship conversations, marketing/outreach, communication for participant registration and all other aspects of organizing the VolCon.
The committee members are selected based on the profile of individuals.

VolCon’s agenda is set by 2 Volunteering committees. NGO & Corporate Committees are key drivers of setting the agenda and finalizing the speakers.
The conference timings for each day of VolCon 2025 will be communicated to registered participants closer to the event date.
All the speakers we finalized will be experts in their domain. Keynote speakers will provide a broader understanding of the volunteer ecosystem, while breakout room sessions will feature experts who specialize in specific session topics. Our aim is to ensure valuable insights and knowledge for all attendees.
VolCon 2025 will feature a diverse range of sessions, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities.
Confirmed participants have the opportunity to be considered as speakers or session leaders. As we work on finalizing the event agenda, we will actively engage with confirmed participants.
